Horsepower CX3 ! how much is enough 120 or 150 ?

does anyone know how much horsepower is enough ? 120 OR 150 ? im not planing to race ! i need it as car for daily life and time to time trips and traveling via highways and freeways ! im not planing to drive it 80-90 kph in highways ! or in the other hand i dont want it to feel like it does not move or the body is kinda heavy for 120 hp engine ! please let me know . thx
